Ablutomania-Set - a Dataset for OCD and Everyday Handwashing Detection from Wrist Motion

Obsessive-compulsive hand-washing includes highly ritualized, repetitive hand motion. This dataset contains inertial motion data of the wrist, and video recordings of the sink used by subjects to wash their hands. Each subject was asked to wash their hands in six different ways. One was a natural hand wash, while the five others simulate a compulsive procedure. The compulsive procedures were scripted according to a combination of different gestures. In total 22 participants participated in the study, each participant was recorded twice for roughly ten minutes, resulting in 12 hand-washing procedures per participants. A total of 249 hand-washing procedures were recorded, with a total runtime of roughly 6.5h.
