According to a survey of online users conducted in September 2022 in the United States, 18 percent of Twitch users had also used Discord and enjoyed the experience. By comparison, 23 percent of current Twitch users had tried Discord but did not enjoy it. Only two percent of users who were not part of the Twitch audience at any point reported planning to join Discord, while 33 percent of Twitch users reported planning to join Discord.
