本数据内容为2021.7.19-7.23河南省暴雨灾害区24小时降水量统计数据。暴雨指降水强度很大的雨，常在积雨云中形成。气象上规定24小时的降水量为50mm以上的强降雨成为暴雨。数据内容包含了河南省的市县的最大2小时雨强。This dataset provides 24-hour precipitation statistics for the rainstorm disaster-affected regions in Henan Province from July 19 to July 23, 2021. A rainstorm refers to precipitation with significant intensity, which typically forms in cumulonimbus clouds. Per meteorological regulations, intense rainfall with a 24-hour cumulative precipitation of 50 mm or more is classified as a rainstorm. Additionally, the dataset includes the maximum 2-hour rainfall intensity for all cities and counties within Henan Province.
