Data underlying the publication: Identification, characterization and classification of Nucleoid-Associated Proteins

In the review article associated with this dataset, we discuss newly identified Nucleoid-Associated Proteins (NAPs) and provide a list of simple biochemical assays to study the DNA-structuring properties of novel NAPs. This dataset contains the predicted structures shown in the article and the HMM profiles.
