RNAseq profiling of sugarcane sister lines with opposite resistance to Orange Rust disease.

To better understand the mechanisms of Orange rust susceptibility and resistance in sugarcane, the total RNA was extracted from two sister lines following inoculation of Orange rust, and sampled at 5 different time points. The RNA was sequenced and analyzed bioinformatically for differentially expressed genes and hub genes (WGCNA).
