Transcriptome profiling of HEK293 stable cell lines overexpressing SEC61A1

SEC61A1 is a key component of the Sec61 complex, which mediates the translocation of nascent polypeptides across the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. To investigate the effects of SEC61A1 overexpression on global gene expression, we established a HEK293 stable cell line overexpressing SEC61A1. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to compare transcriptome profiles between SEC61A1-overexpressing cells and empty vector (EV) control cells. These data provide insights into the transcriptional changes associated with SEC61A1 overexpression.
