Table 1 does not contain study IDs and sex and gender have been listed as separate tables as the cohort is too small to ensure that a study participant cannot be identified (i.e., cells of <5 can be produced). However, Table 1 can be reproduced with the data provided and is independent of information reported in Tables 2–5. (XLSX)
