ATAC-seq in SKBR3 cells treated with lapatinib + tazemetostat

SKBR3 cells were treated with lapatinib + tazemetostat for 24 h. ATAC-seq was performed to identify accessible chromatin regions. Overall design: SKBR3 cells were treated with 5 µM tazemetostat starting at day -6. At day -3, cells were split and continued to be treated with tazemetostat. At day -1, cells were seeded at 3.5 million cells per 15-cm plate. At day 0, cells were treated with 100 nM lapatinib and 5 µM tazemetostat. 24 h later (day 1), cells were collected by trypsinization and frozen cells were submitted to the AGCT Core at Cedars-Sinai for ATAC-seq.
