Effects of Planting Years on Soil Bacterial Communities in Fragrant Pear Orchards

This study investigated the effects of different planting years on soil bacterial communities in fragrant pear orchards. Soil samples were collected from four different planting-year gradients, with three replicates for each gradient. By analyzing soil bacterial diversity, community structure composition, and their relationships with environmental factors, this research aims to elucidate the mechanisms through which planting years influence soil bacterial communities, thereby providing a theoretical basis for the scientific management of pear orchard soils.
