Investigating Proteome and Transcriptome Defense Response of Grapes Induced by Yarrowia lipolytica

We report the application of next generation sequencing technology for analyzing the differentially expressed genes of grapes after treated with or without Y. lipolytica. After analyzing the differentially expressed gene, we selected some important genes related to the resistance of grapes to do RT-qPCR. Examination of differentiallly expressed genes related to the resistance of 2 types of grape tissues which treated with or without Y. lipolytica. RT-qPCR was performed using SYBR Green assays.
