Code and data for: Vitamin B1 & vitamer availability has greater impact on bacterioplankton in the coastal ocean versus estuaries
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data-processing and analysis materials supporting the manuscript “Vitamin B1 & vitamer availability has greater impact on bacterioplankton in the coastal ocean versus estuaries.” The study combines dissolved vitamin B1 and vitamer measurements with 19 replicated 48-h nutrient-amendment experiments conducted across the Neuse River Estuary (NRE-180), Pamlico Sound (PS-5), and adjacent coastal Atlantic waters (OB1). Repository contents include processed 16S and 18S rRNA gene ASV count and taxonomy tables, environmental and vitamin measurements, bacterial abundance and production data, sequence-processing documentation and scripts, and the R scripts used to construct sequence objects and perform the statistical analyses reported in the manuscript. Final serialized analysis objects and a human-readable analysis summary are provided in the output directory. Raw sequencing reads are archived separately in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under BioProject PRJNA1333967.
