This repository contains a high-resolution haplotype map for cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.), serving as a foundational resource for genetic studies and breeding. The dataset was constructed from 353 globally representative core accessions and overcomes the limitations of bi-allelic SNP markers by capturing multi-allelic variation.
