Supplementary Data for: Determination of oral microbiome and markers of intestinal integrity in patients with head and neck cancer using biochip analysis
收藏资源简介:
Overview This dataset contains supplementary research data supporting the findings of the study investigating the oral microbiome and intestinal integrity markers in patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer. The study utilizes a multi-platform approach, integrating biochip technology with gold-standard sequencing and biochemical assays. Dataset Components The uploaded files are organized into three primary categories: ELISA Analysis Data: Results from enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) quantifying markers of intestinal integrity. This includes calculated patient values and control group reference values. 16S rRNA Sequencing Data: Processed microbiome profiling data in fastq format. Biochip vs. 16S rRNA Comparison Data: Comparative datasets and statistical analyses evaluating the consistency between biochip-based detection and 16S rRNA sequencing results. This section includes correlation matrices and validation data for the microbiome-biomarker interactions (.txt files). Methods & Materials Briefly, intestinal integrity markers were assessed via ELISA, while the oral microbiome was characterized using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Biochip analysis was employed as a high-throughput tool for marker determination, with results validated against the aforementioned methods.
