Ella Longitudinal Intelligence Report 001: Hiking Heart Rate and Recovery in Changing Field Conditions
收藏资源简介:
This release applies Ella's Longitudinal Pattern Interpretation method to a public-safe analytic snapshot of 38 hikes within the 93-session TrailGenic field record reported at publication. It connects activity response with changing field conditions and the overnight recovery observations that follow. The record preserves temperature, terrain, surface, snow and ice, wind, altitude, equipment, pace, heart rate and recovery context. Its distinctive contribution is a repeated real-world record of the same participant under changing environmental conditions. The same-route comparison finds a lower mean heart rate in the later period while elevation gain is nearly unchanged, but moving pace, recorded temperature, surface and wind also differ. Across 37 paired nights, overnight HRV falls and resting heart rate rises on average after the hike. These descriptive findings do not isolate causation or establish population effects, improved cardiac efficiency or longer life. Mike Ye provides the field record, research direction, judgment and final accountability. Ella provides Longitudinal Pattern Interpretation, structured synthesis and content voice.
