This repository contains the data used in the manuscript: "Unprecedented decline in modern coral reef communities could indicate the onset of the Anthropocene" co-authored by Alessio Rovere, Patrick T. Boyden, Andreas Haas, Benjamin Mueller, Yusuf C. El-Khaled, Sonia Bejarano, Christian Wild, Eric Mijts, Giovanni Scicchitano, Giovanni Scardino, Denovan Chauveau, Paolo Stocchi, Mark J.A. Vermeij. The repository includes the orthomosaics of the 5 fossil sites analysed, GNSS data and a spreadsheet with the coral coverage from the fossil PiTs and historical coral coverage, including pivot tables used to produce the original graphs in the paper.
