Bifidobacterial Utilisation of Resistant Starch

Multi-omics investigation of beneficial human gut pioneer Bifidobacterium from human and animal derivation. The interaction between isolates of bifidobacteria was investigated to understand new mechanisms of resistant starch hydrolysis, including growth studies, metabolomics, in silico analyses of the known genes, RNA expression of all genes, and proteome of the isolates in the presence or absence of different starches.
