Viral titer measurements of MCMV infected C57BL/6 (WT) and IL-10−/− livers.

aMice were uninfected or infected with MCMV as indicated. Viral titers were measured by plaque assay as described in Materials and Methods and expressed as log plaque forming units (PFU) per liver gram. The limit of detection for this assay was 2 log PFU/g liver. Results shown are the means ± SE of cumulative data from two independent experiments (n = 4–9 mice per group for each time point tested).
