Circulation types and their relationship with extreme wind energy generation events in Poland - dataset

Dataset created and used in publication 10.26491/mhwm/194453 "Circulation types and their relationship with extreme wind energy generation events in Poland.".

The dataset contains circulation type from the Litynski calendar and simulated wind energy produced in Poland from all OSM wind turbines and ERA5 wind conditions. The dataset contains the following columns:

type1: circulation type from the Lityński calendar

daily_sum: daily simulated sum of wind energy from OSM wind turbines

category: 3 types of advections in the Lityński calendar C - ciclonal, A - anticilonal, 0 - without advection

season: 4 seasons of the year

index: The same as type1 but with numbers from 1 to 27.

is_drought: 0 - no energy drought day, 1 - energy drought day

is_flood: 0 - no energy flood day, 1 - energy flood day
