Fresh American Cockroach Nanovesicles lncRNA detection

his project focuses on the systematic identification and functional characterization of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in nanovesicles isolated from the fresh American cockroach (Periplaneta americana). Using high-throughput RNA sequencing, we aim to decipher the lncRNA landscape and predict their regulatory roles in key biological processes, potentially explaining the therapeutic potential of these nanovesicles.
