Holobiont response to thermal stress of two Pocillopora populations from contrasted thermal regimes

Two population of Pocillopora sp. coming from two constrated thermal environments (stable or variable) are compared for their bacterial compositions (16S/V3-V4 metabarcoding), Symbiodinium compositions (ITS2-metabarcoding) and gene expression (RNAseq by Illumina) in a Control (the mean temperature of warmer months in their natural environment for each population) and a stress condition (the maximal temperature before first sign of physiological collapses).
