资源简介:
Objectives: Investigate if A) ground-dwelling arthropods transport Fungi in general and Fusarium ssp. From Kettle holes into crop filelds, which could affect the spread of the pathogenic Fusarium fungi and link both habitats. B) what Fusarium species are transported and from habitat they orignated. Methods: culture-depending method, removing fungi from the body surface of the beetles by washing (exogenous) Data management: For the arthropod samples, if more then 1 individual were sampled per sampling point, the mean was used to compare to the litter and soil samples. At 6 sampling points no arthropods were sampled This table contains the index of all tables forming this data collection. Related datasets are listed in the metadata element 'Related Identifier'.
