The raw RNA_seq data Overall design: Oocytes were collected from the indicated genotypes (10 oocytes per sample). Each sample was lysed directly using 4 µL lysis buffer (0.2% Triton X-100, RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, oligo-dT primers, and 100 pg ERCC mRNA spike-in) and immediately used for cDNA synthesis using the Smart-seq2 method as previously described.
