Intelligence Hours: replication data and code for the 2023-2025 panel and exploratory 2026 extensions

This dataset and code release supports Intelligence hours: The labour-time price of frontier artificial intelligence in 37 countries, 2023-2025 by Kwangseob Ahn (School of Business, Sejong University; ORCID 0009-0000-5299-1457). The ilr_core directory contains the submitted historical analysis: a 111-row country-year panel for 37 countries in 2023-2025, frozen OECD and World Bank inputs, analysis code, tables, regressions, matched-rank results, decompositions and figures. The research_preview_v4 directory preserves the broader research preview, including a 12-row 2026 wage verification table, a 40-entry dated AI pricing chronology, a 13-observation localization pilot and its code and supporting data. The two panel versions have different schemas and rounding conventions; ilr_core corresponds to the journal submission. Five ILR output CSVs were regenerated offline from frozen source responses and compared with the deposited results. The localization pilot and gap-summary outputs also reproduced exactly. The preview's 2026 source labels are preserved, not newly independently verified: nine wage references are labelled verified, one partly verified and two unverified. Some price observations are secondary reports, not verified checkout prices. Missing values remain missing. A SHA-256 manifest, provenance map, licence notices and verification report are included. The author's data compilation, derived outputs and documentation are CC BY 4.0; Python code is MIT. Source-provider terms and attribution remain applicable to third-party raw responses and quoted material. See the package's licence files for scope.
