We have generated gliomas (brain tumours) in mice using an EGFR conditional mutation and / or piggybac transposon insertional mutagenesis. In order to identify genetic mutations required for evolution of these cancers in vivo, we would like to do whole-exome sequencing of a number of these mouse tumours.
