Supplementary data and code for "Genetic prioritization of circulating cathepsin B in autoimmune hemolytic anemia

This record contains supplementary data and analysis code supporting the study “Genetic prioritization of circulating cathepsin B in autoimmune hemolytic anemia: A Mendelian randomization and pseudo-bulk transcriptomic study.” The files include instrumental variable information, Mendelian randomization results, sensitivity analyses, network and functional enrichment results, GSE301528-derived pseudo-bulk expression data, CTSB-associated cathepsin/lysosomal protease correlation results, and R scripts used for the analyses. Publicly available datasets used in the study included plasma proteome pQTL data from Yang et al., AIHA GWAS summary statistics from the FinnGen Research Project R10 release under dataset ID finngen_R10_D3_AIHA_OTHER, and the GSE301528 single-cell RNA sequencing dataset from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus. No individual-level clinical data were used.
