This dataset contains the complete supplementary materials for the systematic literature review presented in the article "Artificial Intelligence as Ethical Mediation in Religious Education: A Transformative Eco-Social Framework from Islamic Educational Contexts." These materials provide the empirical foundation and methodological transparency for the development of the Ethical-Algorithmic Mediation Framework for Religious Education (EAM-RE).
