Tissue Microarray Images

1. PTEN DISH assay of 71 prostate cancer tissue samples, which were digitized by a Carl Zeiss Axio Scan.Z1 scanner, with a scanning resolution of 40x (0.11 μm/pixel). The native image resolution is 7,000 x 7,000 pixels for a single tissue core. Each tissue core is named as A_*_PTEN_Zeiss_7000.jpg, where * stands for the ID of the sample. 2. A single tissue core as used in (Zhong et al., Sci Rep. 6, 24146; doi: 10.1038/srep24146) has an image resolution of 4096 x 4,096 pixels, which is named as A_*_PTEN_Zeiss_4096.jpg.
