This dataset includes three files, which are enough to reproduce all the simulations in our work:1- create_chains.py: This Python script allows the creation of a lammps data file. create_chains.py --h offers a complete list of the options available. The length of the chains, the number of chains, and the degree of out-of-plane and in-plane anisotropy can be set up through this script.2- in_chain: lammps input file for executing the simulations at the default set of parameters.3- data_lammps: sample lammps data file.<br>
