通过配送管理系统软件采集本公司调味品配送部队食堂订单信息,将不同的配送订单以各食堂来划分,从而计算各个食堂每个月的配送金额数据,再计算出12个月的配送金额的方差大小,方差大小用来评价各个食堂的配送情况,从而用于评估所有部队食堂的采购和配送策略,所有企业可以通过该数据了解调味品在不同部队食堂的配送行情,以平衡采购和配送调味品数量。步骤1:通过配送管理系统软件采集本公司调味品配送部队食堂的订单信息,将不同的配送订单以各食堂来划分归类,从而将各年度每个月配送至食堂的金额,从一月至十二月依次用y1,y2...y12表示,并汇总计算得到各个食堂当年的总配送金额y。步骤2:计算各食堂的月平均配送金额y̅=各个食堂当年的总配送金额y/12。步骤3:根据方差公式计算方差s2={(y1-y̅)2+(y2-y̅)2+(y3-y̅)2+…+(y12-y̅)2}/12,从而得到各个食堂的月配送金额的方差s2大小。步骤4:当方差s2小于0.001评价该食堂为超平稳型食堂。当方差s2大于等于0.001并且小于等于0.002评价该食堂为一般平稳型食堂。当方差s2大于0.002评价该食堂为波动型食堂。对于超平稳型食堂,所有企业无需时时关注该食堂的行情,可每月保持好调味品的采购和配送数量;对于一般平稳型食堂,所有企业需每季度关注该食堂的行情,适当调整调味品的采购和配送数量;而对于波动型食堂,所有企业需每月时时关注该食堂行情,了解该食堂的配送行情变化,以适应大幅度调整调味品的采购和配送数量变化。

This dataset is developed by collecting order data for condiment deliveries to military unit mess halls under the company via its distribution management system software. First, distinct delivery orders are categorized by each respective mess hall to calculate the monthly delivery amount for every mess hall. Next, the variance of the 12-month delivery amounts is computed to evaluate the delivery performance of each mess hall, which facilitates the assessment of procurement and distribution strategies across all military unit mess halls. Enterprises can utilize this dataset to gain insights into condiment delivery trends across different military mess halls, thereby balancing condiment procurement and delivery volumes. Step 1: Collect order information of condiment deliveries to military unit mess halls from the company’s distribution management system software, classify all delivery orders by each mess hall. Denote the monthly delivery amounts to a given mess hall in a calendar year as y₁, y₂, ..., y₁₂ in order from January to December, and calculate the total annual delivery amount y for the mess hall. Step 2: Calculate the monthly average delivery amount ȳ for each mess hall, which is equal to the total annual delivery amount y divided by 12. Step 3: Compute the variance s² of the monthly delivery amounts for each mess hall using the standard variance formula: $s^2 = frac{(y_1 - ar{y})^2 + (y_2 - ar{y})^2 + (y_3 - ar{y})^2 + dots + (y_{12} - ar{y})^2}{12}$ Step 4: Classify each mess hall based on the calculated variance s²: 1. Ultra-stable mess hall: $s^2 < 0.001$ 2. Generally stable mess hall: $0.001 leq s^2 leq 0.002$ 3. Volatile mess hall: $s^2 > 0.002$ For ultra-stable mess halls, enterprises do not need to closely monitor their delivery trends and can maintain consistent condiment procurement and delivery volumes on a monthly basis. For generally stable mess halls, enterprises should monitor their trends quarterly and make appropriate adjustments to condiment procurement and delivery volumes. For volatile mess halls, enterprises need to closely track their delivery trends on a monthly basis to grasp changes in delivery conditions, so as to make substantial adjustments to condiment procurement and delivery volumes accordingly.
