RNA sequencing of clonal cell lines derived from mouse digit P3 fibroblasts

Here we present RNA sequencing data of 2 clonal cell lines (P3D8 and P3E3) treated with BMP2 and BMP9 to differentiate cartilage and control untreated clonal cells Overall design: Each sample was prepared from three independent cultures. For chondrogenesis, cells were aggregated by BMP2 treatment in suspension culture then differentiated with BMP9. Control cells were cultured in monolayer.
