This project aims to investigate the effects of antibiotic treatment (tetracycline and ampicillin) on the gut microbiota composition of ICR mice. Fecal samples were collected from antibiotic-treated mice and healthy control mice at different time points. The V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform to analyze the microbial community structure and diversity.
