CpG methylation calling of the quail genome

These BED files contain methylation fractions and coverage depths for each CpG position and strand of the Coturnix japonica genome that were performed with data produced by using different sequencing technologies, including Illumina Bisulfite sequencing, Enzymatic Methyl-seq, Oxford Nanopore and PacBio Hifi data. The Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment INRAE, with the support of a consortium of private companies and Occitanie region, carried out the SeqOccIn research program.
