资源简介:
Abstract. This article analyzes existing methods for producing 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA), a natural biologically active compound used in medicine, agriculture, and the food industry. Chemical, electrochemical, and biotechnological synthesis routes are compared in terms of yield, scalability, and environmental characteristics. Based on this analysis, the Gabriel reaction from 1,3-dichloroacetone (patent CN102627573B) was selected. The selected production stage was calculated, including material and heat balances, equipment selection, and development of process diagrams. The designed production capacity is 30 t/year with 99% product purity and a 93.9% yield.
