Replication package for Threshold-Structured Lagrangian Optimization for Massive-Scale Fixed-Charge Targeted Offers

This replication package contains the synthetic instance generator, solver implementations, experiment drivers, small example instances, parameter settings, and CSV/JSON files underlying Tables 1–5. Multi-gigabyte instances are not included but can be regenerated using the supplied generator, parameters, and random seeds.
