A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the boreal forest ecosystem at Huzhong Station from 2019 to 2020

Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data collected using the eddy covariance method at the Huzhong Ecological Research Station from 2019 to 2020 were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. The station is located in the largest cold-temperate coniferous forest ecosystem nature reserve in China. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
