The goal of this study is to generate a high-quality chromosome-level unphased haploid genome assembly for a Lolium multiflorum genotype Rabiosa with various datasets, including 1) whole genome sequencing data from Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) and Illumina short-read sequencing technologies, 2) proximity capture data from high-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C), and 3) genotyping-by-sequencing data from a F1 population with Rabiosa as one of the parents
