Raw cfDNA methylation data associated with 234 liquid biopsy serum and plasma collections from meningioma (MNG; n=93) and non-MNG (Other CNS diseases, glioma, pituitary tumors; n = 141) are located in folder 'LB IDATs'. Raw DNA methylation data associated with tumor tissue collections from meningioma (MNG; n=88) are located in folder 'Tissue IDATs'. Additional generated random forest machine learning classifiers (d-MeLB & p-MeLB) are provided (Classifiers.zip).
