A Bioresorbable Conforming Intramedullary Device for Critical-Sized Bone Defects: Data, Code, and Computational Models
收藏资源简介:
Raw data, analysis code, and computational models supporting the study of a novel bioresorbable polycaprolactone (PCL) conforming intramedullary (IM) device for the treatment of critical-sized bone defects (CSD). Includes the in vitro cell culture dataset (proliferation and Von Kossa mineralization across a novel IM, a petri-dish positive control, and a titanium plate; n=5 per group over 28 days), finite element analysis (FEA) results for axial, bending, torsional, and worst-case traumatic loading, mesh-convergence data, the full statistical analysis (two-way mixed-design ANOVA, Welch's t-tests with Bonferroni correction, Cohen's d, 95% confidence intervals), a first-order Pitt PCL degradation model, and a stress-life fatigue analysis. All scripts reproduce the figures and statistics reported in the paper.
