16s rDNA sequencing of human feces from patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Through 16s rDNA sequencing of fecal samples from patients with rheumatoid arthritis and healthy controls, we aimed to compare the differences in the composition of gut microbiota between healthy controls and patients with RA to further explore the relationship of gut microbiota and the development of RA.
