Dynamic Changes in the Gut Microbiota of SPF Bama Pigs Under Different Feeding Methods

This study utilized metagenomic sequencing technology to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the microbial composition in 114 fecal samples, aiming to elucidate the differences in the effects of sow feeding methods and formula milk feeding methods on the diversity, dominant microbial communities, metabolic functions, carbohydrate-active enzymes, and antibiotic resistance genes within the gut microbiota of SPF Bama pigs.
