Musa itinerans Raw sequence reads

To investigate the purple peel formation mechanism in the Minhou wild banana (Musa itinerans), two libraries were constructed from the green part (GP) and purple part (PP) of peel in the late stage of fruit enlargement and were subjected to miRNA-Seq using Illumina 2500 deep sequencing technology. A total of 28.73 M clean reads were obtained by the transcriptome sequencing of GP and PP, up to 11.31 M clean reads each sample. These data will provide a lot of information for the future research of Musa plants, especially pigment-related research.
