Transcriptional profile of 3xKO dox melanocytes and 3xKO ATAD2 dox melanocytes Overall design: hPSC-derived melanocytes were infected with a lentivirus (Tomato or ATAD2) and selected for 1 week with blastocidin. After selection, the hPSC-derived melanocytes were treated for 72h with doxycycline to induce expression of BRAFV600E. Roughly 500'000 cells were collected per condition.
