Linear modeling of Arabidopsis aerial dry weight as a function of treatment and medium.

The aerial dry biomass of Arabidopsis thaliana plants from agar-based Arabidopsis-Linnemannia elongata interaction experiments, modeled as a function of treatment (control v. different strains of Linnemannia elongata), the medium on which the fungi had been cultured, and any interaction between those terms. We also conducted pairwise comparisons within treatments of the estimated marginal means (EMMs) for each inoculating medium. (XLSX)
