A glasshouse experiment to determine if wheat can access the soil N or K at depth with same efficiency as in the 0-10cm layer. \nLineage: The treatments of Nitrogen and Potassium were placed at 0-10cm, 10-20cm, 20-30cm, 30-40cm, 40-50cm and 0-10cm N/40-50cm K. The wheat plants were monitored for height development, SPAD, tillering until anthesis where root density and biomass where determined. At maturity biomass, yield, seed size and protein were determined.
