Across New Zealand's wine-producing regions, Marlborough came out on top in terms of the volume of grapes crushed for wine production, with over 312 thousand metric tons of grapes crushed in 2024. The Hawke's Bay region recorded the second-largest wine grape crush that year at just over 24 thousand metric tons.
