In order to explore the influence of artificial Hippophae rhamnoides forest on soil ecological environment in arsenic sandstone area of Inner Mongolia, in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of 4 and 9 years of artificial Hippophae rhamnoides forests was studied, and the high-throughput sequencing technology were used to explore the characteristics of bacterial communities.
