Bacterial community diversity of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of Hippophae rhamnoides in Arsenic sandstone area of Inner Mongolia

In order to explore the influence of artificial Hippophae rhamnoides forest on soil ecological environment in arsenic sandstone area of Inner Mongolia, in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of 4 and 9 years of artificial Hippophae rhamnoides forests was studied, and the high-throughput sequencing technology were used to explore the characteristics of bacterial communities.
