Dataset for "Regulatory Fatigue and Decision Paralysis in EU Multi-Level Risk Governance (2009–2025)

This repository contains the replication dataset for the analysis of the EU pesticide active substance approval system. The data covers 340 decision latencies and 425 SCoPAFF voting outcomes between 2009 and 2025. It includes the variables used to construct the Regulatory Fatigue Index (RFI) and the quantile regression analysis presented in the article
