People and Nature Survey for Wales, 2021-2024: Open Access

<p>The <span style="font-style: italic;">People and Nature Survey for Wales</span> (PaNS Wales) provides statistics on how
people experience and think about the environment in Wales. The survey
has been run on a biennial basis since May 2021. <br></p>
<p>Data from the <span style="font-style: italic;">People and Nature Survey for Wales</span> enables users to:</p>
<ul><li><span>understand how people in Wales use and enjoy the natural environment, and how often they do so</span><br>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><span>understand how being in the natural environment can influence wellbeing</span><br>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><span>monitor changes, over time, in the use of the natural environment for key population groups and at a variety of spatial scales</span><br>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><span>understand environmental attitudes and behaviours and the actions people take to protect the environment</span></li></ul>
<span>The data are available in Excel, SPSS, as well as Open Document Spreadsheet (ODS) formats.</span> <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Latest edition information</span></p><p>For the second edition, data and documentation for 2023 and 2024 were added to the study, extending coverage from May 2021 to March 2024 (Years 1 and 2). </p>
