We present a Theory of Everything where spacetime, gravity, and matter emerge from SU(2) lattice gauge theory at Chern-Simons level k = 2, with the Planck length l_p = 1.616 × 10⁻³⁵ m as the only dimensionful input. No free parameters are introduced. The framework derives from first principles: 1. Big Bounce cosmology with maximum density ρ_max = 0.25 ρ_p and minimum scale factor a_min = 1.5 l_p 2. Dark matter abundance Ω_dm h² = 0.12 3. Cosmological constant Λ_eff = 1.1 × 10⁻⁵² m⁻² 4. Tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0.017 5. Spectral indices n_s = 0.97, n_t = 0 at CMB scales 6. Effective neutrino species N_eff = 3.20 7. Higgs mass m_H ≈ 125 GeV All predictions match Planck 2018, BICEP/Keck 2021, and Standard Model data. The cancellation condition S = 0 at the bounce fixes r and n_s without inflation.
