Ovary transciptomic profiles of starved surface fish and Tinaja females

We performed bulk RNA sequencing on the ovaries from control and starved females of surface fish and Tinaja cavefish, allowing us to study the effects of starvation on reproduction between surface fish and cavefish. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on right-side ovaries from age-matched control and starved females of surface fish and Tinaja cavefish at approximately 660 days post fertilization.
